argh! *warning, rant*
04 Mar 2014, 18:14
Was supposed to be a fast day today, but I seem to have gone way over my cals, done about 900 instead of 500, kicking myself as I was doing well! I know it's a set back for one time, but still annoyed with myself, just couldn't seem to stop picking and this or that! :curse:  :pissedoff:

Consider it a Very Low Calorie day and move on, it's only one day

Chill... chill.. look at my tracker. I still lost at 900 cals on a fast day, but I did cut back on the feast day.

Oh that can be so maddening! Done it many a time myself. If you look at 52 as a way of life then you know life is full of mistakes and move on. you still have a calorie deficit as others have said.
