Cautious whoop...
07 Feb 2014, 08:16
So I seem to have lost six pounds since my first proper weigh in on 27th January so I am pretty pleased with this. This mornings weigh in was just after a fast day though so am holding off getting too excited until I can keep it off over the weekend! But it is a good incentive to stick to my TDEE this weekend... Will be under a stone threshold if I lose another pound so am feeling good. Yesterday's fast was hard though so making a public note to self that it IS worth it!

Well done that woman. Yes those fasts can be worth it. Stick it into your tracker and watch the line go down. I usually track the day after my last fast of the week, being either Friday or Saturday.
Have a big smile on your face ally day long.
