Chuffed to bits!

Just two weeks and four fast days and i have dropped 5lbs! Each fast day is definitely getting more manageable.
Onwards and downwards!

Oh that's thrilling @juliebax - am so pleased for you! Talk about an incentive to carry on!

Keep up the good work....& I'm glad to hear you are finding the fasts so manageable too (which they are!)

Off to a flying start julie! X its a good incentive to keep going isnt it! It will slow down and at times the scales mightnt show a loss,so remember to measure too as often the tape measure will show changes even when the scales dont x

Thanks ladies. Yes i know as with all diets, the first week is a good one, then its 'keep it up" time :)
I am eating porridge for breakfast then slim-a-soup then a calorie counted ready meal.

Don't rely on the scales, though. Try those tight fitting trousers on and see how much looser they are after a few weeks!! :wink:
