Hi

I was feeling like you last week. I posted my feelings and had a lot of good support and suggestions and decided to stick with it for while longer.

I have re-set my activity level to sedentary which gives me a slightly lower TDEE 2208 and 552 for fast days. :?:

Might be worth adjusting your activity level. Like you I have a good bit to loose. :clover:
Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the replies and support.
I have updated my lifestyle from light activity to sedentary in my progress tracker profile and my TDEE has gone from 2313 calories to 2019. I have checked all the settings and everything is correct (height, weight etc). I do exercise 3-4 times a week but it won't do me any harm to stick to fewer calories on my feast days.

@Moogie - no, I don't have any medical conditions that should be causing the slow weight loss.

I am fasting today and finding it a struggle but I'm going to stick with it for a while longer and see if I can get better results. I am going to reduce my carbohydrates as well so that should help. And I'm going to start measuring in inches instead of just weight as this seems to be where a lot of you are see the biggest change.

I'm getting my head together and sticking with it so hopefully I'll see some results soon!

Thanks again to everyone who replied
