Hi everyone!

I jumped on the scales this morning, and I am one of those who HATE them!

this way of life def works and no matter how slow its the results that count, so keep at it fellow fasters, the only way id down down down

Well done Angie  funny how that happens but the scales do sort of creep up on you to become your ''new best friend '' as you move along with your journey  keep going :clover: Sue. :clover:

Well done, I don't like the scale either but it is nice when you get on and the number has gone down. Good luck for this next month

I'm like you Angie only started in July but have lost around the same weight. Im always delighted when i see these scales show a decrease. It is slow but in the right direction and i definately feel a difference in my clothes. I am also fairly active doing around 4 classes a week at the gym, walking everyday and occasionally hillwalking so wonder whether i will see as big a drop in weight but will be able to measure this more by the fit of my clothes.
Either way i feel so much better about myself and will continue with this WOL.
Well done to you and keep it up :victory:

Thank you so much Rawkaren!

joolsb1 you sound much more active than I am lol! I do walk on my days off work with my dogs, we do an hour each time.. and I do some abs work at home but have reduced the amount I do because I was noticing a weight increase... and I am exactly like you with the difference in my clothes, such a nice feeling isn't it? especially round the middle grrrrrrrrrr
am sure you will see and feel a big difference in no time!
happy fasting :-)
