hi all

just to let you know that I hopped on the scales this morning, even though I was a bit wary and fearful  because I was convinced I hadn't lost an once :dazed: (not a scale fan and only use them roughly once a month )and I am a chocolate addict grrrr
BUT to my delight I am down another lovely jubely 2 lbs !!

Very slow but I don't mind at all as long as I am not gaining
I started 5.2 in July, and since then I have lost 8 lbs

I love this WOL, because it works, its that simple :victory:
Happy fasting everyone, good luck to today's fasters :clover:  :like:
