Hey Julianna I just do basic 5:2
I find it has changed everything regarding food
What I choose...how much....what I fancy and I still enjoy this.
I do some exercise,I do 20 minutes on my crosstrainer monday to friday and follow that with 10 minutes on my vibration plate....I dont just 'stand' on it I do move and exercise so this helps firm some of my wobbly bits.Ive had 3 times when Ive gained 2 through illness and the other over drinking on holiday but I suppose that is like having a break and kick starting again.I have tried 4:3 and I dont honestly think it was more productive as I think I felt hungry and would eat a little more on feed days so defeating the object.
I will make a New years resolution now to use the forum more than I have so I get to know how to add attachments and tag ...stuff like that because its great to read about others journeys and all be in the same position .
