Today I hit the 20 kg lost mark. I am finally in the healthy BMI range (yay) so my weight loss has slowed lately. I want to mark this occasion because I suspect it might be a while before I get to my goal weight. Anyway I need to be happy about something because my arm is driving me a little crazy!

Thanks everyone for all of the support here! You make weight loss fun!
That's a great milestone, worthy of celebration. Well done!
Congratulations MaryAnn! That is sooo great!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry your are if giving you trouble what is it doing.

Cause to celebrate healthy BMI and 20 k go girl
Thanks, gillymary. I broke my arm about a month and a half ago. I had to have pins put in to set the bone. The cast came off a couple of weeks ago and I'm wearing a brace to keep my wrist immobilized. One of the pins is sticking up a bit and the brace irritates it. They come out in about 10 days. Then the rehab begins, I guess. It's a long road. I don't recommend breaking your arm at this age!
That's great news MaryAnn. Well done.
Hope the arm mends soon and stops driving you batty.
Mary Ann I well remember when you broke your arm and you were doing so well with exercise then too. still you have gotten on with it impressively. Sounds like you are pin taking out ready. Or over it more the point. Must be hard as is so close.

All the best and am sure you will take to the rehab with your usual verve.
Just made 13st! Thats 1.5 stone since Mid july. Haven't been this for 30 years - all with what feels like no effort. Is this diet a miracle?
It sure feels like it! Congrats, Chrispy10!
Woohoo! That is so fab! I just PM you when I saw the spectacular 20 kg loss in 6 months before I saw this thread. So happy for you MaryAnn- can you tell us what things have changed since you started? I.e. eating habits, hunger, energy levels ( or anything you want to share) ?
Thanks, julianna
