Delighted!
16 Dec 2014, 19:57
I'm so delighted! A new low on scales (80.7kg) but more importantly my BMI is 27 something! That was a milestone for me as I always think BMI is somewhat iffy and most people at BMI 27 something look like a normal weight to me , not overweight. So yay!! :victory: :victory: :victory: just wanted to share my happiness and thank @CandiceMarie for starting our New Year resolutions early this month.

Thanks everyone! Welcome @Lori.This WOL is so amazing! After 2 days of restriction we can enjoy the bounty of life's amazing table and improve our health and prevent health problems at the same time.! Wow! And if you're lucky like me your appetite is much reduced and because you're eating so much less the food you eat will be fabulous!
Thanks @Lizbean I love that 'happy' song. It is so joyous and makes you happy to be alive. I bought it just so I could watch my 20 preschoolers dance to it ( and dance with them of course!)
As I've said many time about this WOL to newbies - get excited people - it works!!!
