I've just returned from a 17 day holiday and am Delighted, Trilled, maybe even Ecstatic to report that I DID NOT GAIN ANY WEIGHT!! In fact, I lost 300g Never ever before have I come back from a holiday without gaining weight let alone having lost a bit. I still can't believe it. I managed to do three lowish days - no alcohol or indulgent foods, just 3 square meals, but probably over 500 cals. The rest of the time, I ate and drank whatever I fancied (like I was on hols ) To say that I LOVE 5:2 WOL is putting it mildly. I am definitely a disciple

Chickvic / Vicki, I have just noticed your weight loss. That is amazing!!! I started around the same time and thought I was doing really well to lose an average of a Kilo a week. That was until I saw your loss! How on earth have you managed nearly 2 Kilos a week? You must be over the moon Well Done
