Despite my cold and feeling lousy I still managed to lose another 2kg this week. I am over the moon!!!!

I know it's all still new and the losses are amazing and it will slow down and average out but for now I'm really happy to celebrate :D

It's going to be a long journey but it's a very good one so far :D

Hi puny Well done
That's brilliant news :star: :star: Don't assume that you'll slow down loads because the more you have to lose ( like you+me) we do lose more
My BMI was same as your at start and my weightloss didn't slow down until the 4/5 month mark, maybe the 4:3 helped me to keep me on track or because I eat out a lot I also throw a couple of 16:8 in on those weeks
On one occasion I was eating out 3 nights out of 8 so I was extra cautious doing my 3 fasts plus 3 @ 16:8 and on the 16:8 nights eating out once a Indian buffet that week I lost 3 kilo !!! amazing
So by the end of the year you'll probably have good loses and each loss gives you the motivation for the next week. :clover: Sue. :clover:

Thank you all :)

That's really good to know Sue.Q :D Long may it last!!!

I think what's helped is my appetite overal has been shrinking too so even on my non fast days I'm not eating as much as I had been. This is having a better knock on effect than any other diet I've done.

I love watching that little graph develop each week as I enter more data on the Progress Tracker.

Well done Puny! :like:
2kg is amazing. That's the weight a big bottle and a small bottle of water that you won't be carrying around anymore!

It's funny to think of it as something physical. I might have to see if I can find something to represent the 8.5kg I've lost so far.

On a previous diet one of the members of the club bought packs of sugar to represent her weight loss. She said the only problem was at the end of it she was left with this little mountain of bags of sugar LOL.

wonderful Puny! You must be sooooooo happy. There have been times when I have become anxious about not losing enough. But if I look at this as a way of life it seems easier. Sometimes you lose sometimes you don't but put it all together and 52 it totally effective.
