Well, this was my first real week on the fast diet. I did really well on my first fast day and the 2nd day, I went over my calories by a little. I don't feel that I overindulged at all on the other days and I walked 4 miles yesterday. Yet today on the scale 0 change.
But, I'm not going to give up. I'm going to keep going. Today is a fast day for me and I have a healthy filling meal prepared for dinner tonight. I'm going to try to keep busy afterwards to keep from snacking after dinner.
