Delighted or Disappointed?

First week results

So weighing in after my first 2 fasts (Wed and Fri) and I have lost 1.8kg!!! I am so pleased! Fast days have been much easier than I thought so I am hopeful that I can keep going.

Off to spend the morning baking with my son and not feel guilty about it!

Well done on your loss. I did my first fast yesterday and hope to do as well as you. Enjoy your guilt free baking :)
