Hi I'm new to this forum and diet and I've just finished my first week! I've lost 6llbs so far and totally understand that it's going to slow down and all that however I have never before been so in charge and so happy with a way of living and eating! I did my homework (books, programme, online) so I will continue onwards and weight-downwards

No, expert, but I think that uneven calorie intake from day to day is the way a naturally thin person eats. At least, the few naturally thin people I have known eat like this.
Also, it seems to me that eating like this would be closer to the way humans ate as they were evolving. When there was food, they ate. When there wasn't, or it was limited, they ate a limited amount. It would change day to day, season to season, year to year.
As I say, I'm no expert, but that's how I see it.
