Weighed in this morning after my first week of 5-2.. have lost 5lbs and my hubby who is helping me but not being as strict has lost 3lb. So we are both a pair of losers Really chuffed and didnt find it all that hard on the fast days either - today - day 3 of fast as I plan on ding it Monday and Thursdays from now on.
I see a lot of members seem to go all day with nothing and then have an evening meal - I don't, so I hope i am doing it right.... my last fast day I had a poached egg on slice of toasted nible, a 50 cal cup a soup around 1pm then at tea time a prawn salad with only a tiny bit of low cal dressing....... seems to have worked anyway even if i'm not doing it right
