Delighted or Disappointed?

Weighed in this morning after my first week of 5-2.. have lost 5lbs and my hubby who is helping me but not being as strict has lost 3lb. So we are both a pair of losers  Really chuffed and didnt find it all that hard on the fast days either - today - day 3 of fast as I plan on ding it Monday and Thursdays from now on.

I see a lot of members seem to go all day with nothing and then have an evening meal - I don't, so I hope i am doing it right.... my last fast day I had a poached egg on slice of toasted nible, a 50 cal cup a soup around 1pm then at tea time a prawn salad with only a tiny bit of low cal dressing....... seems to have worked anyway even if i'm not doing it right :like:
There isn't a right or a wrong, it's all about what works for you and well done there because it has!
Well done you loser!!!! A great start, it may well slow down but it is always encouraging to start off like that! There is no right or wrong, so whatever works for you. I find it easier to wait as I have a monster lurking within and as soon as I start eating I get hungry so I eat in the evening but everyone is different!
What?! Say again?! Wow @BlueHeather that really is impressive! Well done you :-)

Don't worry about HOW you fast. Do whatever suits you (as long as you stick to 500 cals). I mean, blimey, it's working isn't it

Bean
Excellent start, Blueheather! Don't expect it to continue like that, though. It will slow and even plateau sometime, but there's lots of help here for that, if it happens.
As everyone's said, no right/wrong way and you'll probably evolve your own way, to find what's sustainable for you.
Thanks guys XX Well, yeah does seem to be working and have had a real blow out over the weekend with fr too many drinkies too - so pretty pleased this morning. I do realise weight loss slows down - so don't expect such a drop next week but still anything going downwards is a bonus!
Hi blueheather, thats amazing, well done!

I'm a new starter too and have only done a week so far. Found the fasts ok and had a 3 pound weight loss by day 4 but i went on an (amazing) weekend away to a lovely hotel with lovely food and lots of lovely wine and ate and drank far too much for 3 days so have put it all back on again!

Still i'm not too worried as i know this week will be better. And i had fun!!
That's a super start blueheather and a great incentive for you and hubby to continue. Very well done!
 Well done@BlueHeather Also Mr Blue
Great pair of losers glad he's supporting you carry on with what you're doing because you are in charge and you make this WOL "fit" you and your lifestyle.
