First Week - Weigh In
27 Jul 2013, 12:52
Hi there

I had my first fast on Tuesday then my 2nd on Thursday, which i felt was tougher going..... But i jump on the scales this morning i've lost 4lb :-) Whoooooop Whoooop i know it's my first week and i can't expect losses like that all the time but i sort of felt odd on the Wednesday and Friday eating what i wanted, including a Mcdonalds breakfast treat ;-) and on Friday Burritos and a very naughty pudding for afters. I am totally convinced this is a new way of life for me and finally i can get rid of my diet demons......

A Very Happy
Claire

Great news Claire :like:

Once you get used to the idea that you can have anything you want on a non-fast day, you might decide to scale back a little your treats. But whatever works for you , go for it :clover:
