WHAT???

Well happy that it's only a pound, it could have been soooooo much worse, but a pound is ok, so far this school holiday I have eaten my way through.....
3 x picnics with friends and kids
My birthday
My wedding anniversary
My brothers birthday
My sisters birthday
4x theatre trips and associated dinners
Annual family BBQ
Funeral :(
Friends and kids breakfast meet
Day trip to London and lunch with friends
A week in Cornwall
A week in Wales
3 x meals out with friends.
But, I have stopped the August gorge twice weekly to rest my jaw and stomach and fasted. It wasn't hard, it didn't get in the way. I moved days around and I didn't make excuses, because I knew if I didn't I would gain a whole load and be really peeved with myself. So I guess I put myself and the 5:2 woe to the test, and yeah, whatever, I put on a pound, meh!, as far as I'm concerned it works.
Great attitude Minsmum. When you get back into a routine, it won't be long before that's gone!
All sounds fab and a pound is almost nothing! :-)

Sorry that there was a funeral in the menu...
Wow Minsmum! Well done, sounds like you have had a very busy month!
And only a pound gained ... Janeg's wet fish not required!

Now for Septemberrrrr ... ( :cake: :cake: :cake: :cake: :drink: :drink: :drink: :drink:   )
Wow - good for you! I agree that only one pound out of all that life, celebration and stress is excellent. That is one of the things that makes me so happy about this WOE - so easy to get right back on board after life stuff happens.

Congratulations!
