I've fallen off the wagon for a couple months, I really need to get back to it. This time I think I will only do 2 days a week rather than 3. In other positive news, I have eliminated soft drinks from my diet, specifically those with sugar substitute. I'm not nearly as jittery, hungry, and watching the clock for when I can eat next so I'm hoping fasting will be easier this time. Tomorrow is a good day to get back to it.

Welcome back @Marisa quality over quantity is a good ploy!
Can you think why you found it difficult last time and try and change that?
Well done with your success with eliminating the soft drinks. They seem to be so addictive especialy the low sugar ones.
Good luck, check the forum regularly for support and maybe join in with the fasting today thread too.

Welcome back and good luck, @Marisa!
I'm also a soda addict, always the artificial sweetener ones. I substitute fizzy water with lemon/lime/etc. as often as possible, but I still have Coke Zero sometimes. I notice it can make my tummy grumble on a fast day.

Welcome back @Marisa. Yes, keep it do-able is a good tactic.
Welcome back @marisa!

Welcome back Marisa! Irs not the destination, its the journey that counts!
Welcome back! I think you made some good decisions to try again with two days a week and to cut out diet sodas. I know I felt better after I cut those out as well. When I want something other than water, I drink unsweetened iced tea or iced herbal tea.
Good luck!
Good luck!
Hello. I used to drink loads of fizzy drinks but now weak squash and cheapo supermarket carbonated water with either no added sugar squash or lemons added are my usual.
Try and keep it simple, that's the best advice I can give you.
