:victory:  :like:

I was at a family party last night and I am way up there on cloud 9! I have had so many compliments, I’m surprised I could get my head through the door. I haven’t seen most of the family for a while so my weight loss was really noticeable to them. I went out feeling I looked better than I had since goodness knows when and now I know my perseverance has been worthwhile.

Maybe it is vanity ….but hey! I don’t care, I feel good about myself. :-D

AND at my weekly weigh in this morning I'm down another 1½ lbs :like: :-D

Well done and congrats! :victory: :like: It is lovely when people notice. I had similar experience with family at thanksgiving, everybody asking me if I have been 'working out'! Ha! Nope! Just eating less.
