I know it may sound strange but I am happy with my 2.5 lb gain.
We have just got back from a family holiday in Majorca where we where all inclusive for the week. I have eaten so much food this week and more carbs than I have eaten in a long time. Yet when I got on the scales this morning I found that I have only put 2.5 lbs on and when I put my weight into my true weight app I had only gained 0.1 lb so feeling really chuffed.
Having said this I am already back to fasting choosing to have a fast today, then back to my normal Monday Thursday fasts next week.
