19 Aug 2013, 09:53
Really proud (eg my eyes are leaking) to say that I have lost my first 7lbs/half a stone/3.2 kg!!

I've been gaining weight for the past 5 years, and I am over the moon that I've finally been able to take control back.
Here's to many more mini-goals! :victory: :victory:
