Holiday weight lost in one week
30 Aug 2013, 09:30
Happy dance! So I gained just under three pounds on holiday, but very glad to see it's all come off in only one week back. Monday fast was easy, was glad to be back on with it, but yesterday was very hard (see my post yesterday) so I'm really happy to see a success on the scales this morning and I'm back on track again. Good to see the up followed by down on my progress tracker.
Well done! You, my dear, are an inspiration! :-)
Yeah! So glad to read this. I'm back at it today after having my family visiting over the long weekend. The scale is up a few pounds and I was feeling discouraged. Plus I'm feeling more hungry than usual today. So I popped over here for some encouragement. Your post is helping me stick it out.
Oh I hope I'm in your shoes at the end of the week! I was four pounds up this morning after traveling to see my husband's family in Nebraska -- and the horrible part is I didn't eat or drink very much because the food was, for the most part, absolutely horrible :-(

I only gained 1 pound in Paris, and I ate so many lovely things there that I lost count!
