Delighted or Disappointed?

Big celebration today as I've broken the recent plateau! 0.7kg loss this week!

So what did I change to achieve this? Quite simply just making sure I got to bed at a sensible hour and didn't work late. Being freelance, work sometimes takes over and I've been determined to break the late night habit and schedule my work better during the day. For the first time since late August I've had a full week with decent sleep every night.

I haven't changed anything else - stuck to my usual 5:2 and not changed the amount of exercise either.

So for anyone else out there on a plateau - are you getting enough sleep :?:
I agree that it can be stuff like stress and not enough sleep which stymies weight loss and other factors we are yet to learn about

Enjoy the feeling and well done and downwards continuing :)
Great news! :like: Well done and may your success continue!
