Thanks David and Minsmum, well done both on sticking with it! I am glad it's not just me, and that I feel reassured it will eventually just fall off one day! I am fasting today so haven't given up. Will try lemon water for my next fast and see how it goes thanks David! Minsmum- I am going to use 'it's not a race it's my journey' as my new mantra- thank you!
Auriga, I just noticed you are doing 4:3, is that every week? Your weight loss has been great, well done!

Virtually identical.

He is very lucky, if he eats too much or the wrong things he gets very hot...naturally burns it off. Not heared of that in any one else but it is (said to be ) so.

I'm not that worried, I'll get down there (cheers).

believe me I was stuck for aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages at 13 stone.....just couldn't move it.

Plateaus happen.




(cucumber water too, so some one has said to be today)
