It appears that I have a normal BMI now! I am totally surprised since I've been a slow loser, but something happened this week and I lost 2.5 lbs! My only explanation is that I've been super busy and therefore not eating all day long as I used to. I've even skipped lunch several times and just had a normal dinner. I am not counting calories so I don't know where I stand on my TDEE and actual consumption and I am not even counting calories on my fast days!
Needless to say, I am delighted mainly for the appetite control that I have now. And, I lost several cm this week too! Even my neck went down. I still have to get to the right height to waist (or is it waist to height?) ratio but I feel confident I will get there with this WOL, WOE. Three hurrays to 5:2!!!!
