I did it
21 Nov 2017, 10:23
I reached my initial goal (which was to loose 10%). It took me years, but I got there. You can't see it on my progress, as I've set myself another initial goal of losing 10% of my current weight.

I just wanted to say, to anyone struggling with lots of health problems, it can be done. After initially losing weight, I then got too ill to fast and put on loads and loads of weight, so to have got down to 10% off my original start date is great! It estimates that I'll reach my overall goal weight in 2044

Congratulation, @Lizchuter, on reaching such a wonderful target! :star: :star: :star: :star: and sorry that no-one has responded to your wonderful news before now. :frown: I am sorry that your health has slowed your weight loss down but kudos to you for persisting! Are you doing 'straight' 5:2 or some other IF strategy? Whatever it is, it is surely working so just keep on doing what you're doing! Onwards and downwards! :victory:
