Delighted or Disappointed?

I was getting ready for work this morning and was quite shocked to realise that I'd completely forgotten that I'd been fasting yesterday! This was quite astonishing as I find that by the time I'm going to bed on a fast day I'm really looking forward to a normal day.

Long may this continue ...
That's happened to me too nilchoco! I wake up thinking, is this a fast day? Wait, I fasted yesterday... but I'm not that hungry, so I skip breakfast and have a regular lunch! It's brilliant.
I find the same thing. sometimes the day after the fast is the day I feel least hungry. I haven't tried to do a 2 day fast though, don't want to push it. But I have occasionally done a couple of days only eating dinner which works well for me as my working day is so busy. the best thing about this regime for me is decreasing the role food plays in emotional or habitual eating. you really do learn only to eat when you are actually hungry. And that not eating is fine for your body. what a gift!
Never been there, never done that! I love the breakfast after a fast day. I am already dreaming of what I'll eat tomorrow! :-)
