Delighted or Disappointed?

I know that my six pound weight loss this week is mainly water and the fact there is less food inside me, and I'm still delighted!
January went a bit wrong on normal days, and I've eaten tons of food, and a lot of it carb, although I've continued with fast days with no problem at all.
But last week I ate a bit more mindfully (I don't count calories), did ADF, and my hormones timed themselves perfectly to mean that I have 'lost' six pounds.
It's such a boost, I feel like I'm back on track, and the daft thing is I know I've probably lost a maximum of a pound of actual fat!
Thats great,a lovely boost for you!
And some of it WILL be fat! I am with you on this...six pounds down is six pounds down...celebrate! Well done xX :like:
That's brilliant! Nice one
Well done there @Annurca on your weight loss!
:fat: It might be more than one pound, you never know.
Every pound of fat is worth celebrating!!! Look at a pound of butter, and remind yourself that this is how much you lost! :-)

congratulations :-)
 Well done @Annurca a loss is a loss
So have a cautious week and you should be OK.
I found that once the first 5lbs of water had gone they didn't come back, as I now don't get the puffy legs anymore. So its weight of, whether water or fat, its gone!
