I'll take that.....thank you
19 Dec 2013, 10:25
I've been weighing daily to keep an eye on the fact that I haven't been doing traditional 5.2 fasts. This has got go be the first time I've weighed, weighed again and re- weighed as I don't believe low number I'm seeing. I must have done it about 5 times.
Been doing 16.8 every day, with mince pies, a glass of wine last night. I've eaten pasta, white bread, and mashed potato this week Not forgetting the advent calendar. I'm not exercising one little bit. I'm thinking that the surgery swelling is going down as I've had a few odd aches and pains over the past couple of days.

I'll take that weigh in thank you very very much......I've logged it on my tracker, only a day early as a reminder of my journey. 12.7 st and 37.1%fat.

Thats great news. That 'I don't believe it jumping on and off' gets addictive.

You take that that as a good result but be careful not to overdo the treats because they catch up eventually, glad you're feeling a little better, :clover: Good Luck :clover: Sue
