- a gap at the top of my thighs that is actually quite noticable (especially if I'm bent over double - to stretch. It's for stretching - honest)
-a collarbone, shoulder difference. My shoulders are quite straight and where my arm socket is, it's quite rounded and almost shapely
- a dent at the bottom of my sternum- and I don't need to breathe in, hold it and pull everything in while I go blue
- definition at the side of my tummy- could this be the begining of a six pack
- a ripple of shape on my abdomen
- nanomilimetre longer eyelashes
Meant to do this before excise day (weigh and measure).
Wish I had, as the scales are showing an increase - ok, only 100g but it's a monthly increase. And the tape measure is also showing increases nearly everywhere (and I mean everywhere- bust, under bust, hips thighs, widest point, arms, calves, you name it , I measure it!)
I feel fitter and slimmer and had I posted this first (yesterday) the black and white numbers wouldn't have been so disappointing.
Och well, accentuate the postitive and keep doing what I'm doing. It can only get better...I hope
