Delighted or Disappointed?

I weighed in this morning at a loss of exactly 25 lbs! That's after about 20 weeks of twice a week fasts. I am soooo pleased. I particularly love that after this much time, my twice a week fasts are pretty routine and are always excellent energy/highly productive days for me -- day following might be a little on the slow side, but I don't mind. And I feel like this is how weight loss should happen, I basically go about my life and activities and eat without much focus on it most of the time and I lose weight.

I haven't been posting a whole lot, but I do read here often and appreciate all the motivation Ireceive from each and every one of you!

Where do I find the table that shows whether you are obese/morbidly obese/etc.? I think I may have moved from morbidly obese into obese and that would be exciting for me.
Well done and congratulations! :star: :like: I don't know where the table is but my understanding is that once you are under 40 bmi your are just obese. :)
