Delighted or Disappointed?

Hiall i have fasted on 3 occasions now, yesterday being the third, i hadn't lost any weight the first 2 fasts, but hey ho ive weighed this morning and ive lost 21bs...... i am so pleased, thanks for all support /encouraging posts x
Cripes I'm thinking you mean 2lbs not 21 !!

Well done! That's very encouraging as I was wondering whether I would see results that quickly. I have decided to give it a month before evaluating how I am doing but I know I would be delighted to have a weight loss after 3 fast days. :)

You wait till the mind set change kicks in and you are eating less on feed days because you want to and feel totally satisfied ! This is also a great motivator :grin:
