More than First Stone Lost
01 Aug 2013, 08:52
Hi everyone

I am quite happy today although I better not let on at home. I was off for 2 weeks holiday during which we were decorating our kitchen :frown: and went away for a long weekend  . So loads of take outs, sandwiches and dinners out. I was a little bit worried and wouldn't go on the scales during this time at all.

Done my usual 2 days this week and weight in this morning.

1.2kg off since my last weight in.

So happy but OH has put on so I am going to have to keep it low key. I am now at my lowest weight in a couple of years and still find this WOL quite easy. Yes I was struggling on Monday and Wednesday with my fast but that was to be expected after 2 weeks of having everything. :clover:

It was our wedding anniversary yesterday but since we were both working we will go out this Friday night.

Well done Alexandra that's fantastic! I wish I could say I managed as well when I went on holiday, but I gained a few pounds and took a few weeks to lose them all. You should be very proud of yourself :) I'm sure your OH will lose his little gain soon though!
