Peanuts and salted ones!

I've just discovered the awful truth calory wise and I think they have to go!!

Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!

Not a good thing at all.

Yes, a once in a while treat from now on!
Although they say you can eat what you want on feast days, the wise don't!

Yeah nuts can easily put you in a bad place because they pack alot of fat calories in a small amount, even though its a healthier fat. Easy to overdue with a handful. Learned that from the low carbers. Funny thing is my business parner is a Paleo guy and eats nuts like crazy and can't figure out why he's not losing - I tried to warn him but knows is that nuts are good for you.

Yeah, even on low carb they will stall weight loss. Ok if you can just eat one or two, but there's not many people who like nuts who don't just have to keep going until the packet is gone.

Don't forget the salt as well, you probably put on at least a pound with water weight.

And I am NOT one of those people who can stop at one or two. One or two packets maybe, but not once the packet is opened. My biggest treat is salted cashews, I love them.
