Have lost a total of 10lbs so far, 4lb in the initial week, 1lb per week in the next two and 2lb the following two.
Am actively keeping my non fast calories on the whole around 100-200 under my TDEE ....but there are days when I still eat them all. I need to lose weight for my overall health but loving this woe. It's like only having to diet two days a week.....who wouldn't want to do that hey lol
I have another 2-3 stones to lose until in happy, however I do feel I have a chance on the 5:2
