Hi @Chickvic! Congratulations, it's a huge (no pun intended) achievement! :victory:

On the note of having a large frame. I was always thinking I had a large frame. I was overweight most of my adult life, it hasn't been that long though, and could never go lower than 63kg. I thought it was due to me having a "larger frame" and "heavy bones". And now, here I am at 58 (something) kilograms and still going down.

Unless you had your self checked by professionals, please don't talk yourself into the "large frame" nonsense. It may well be just in your head. However, find yourself a weight/look of the body you're feeling most happy with, no matter how "heavy" that is :clover:

That's is fantastic @Chicvic and I know I've said it before but I think you are amazing.

I hope you don't mind me asking but you've lost so much weight and I was wondering what you skin was like? Has it shrunk as well or do you have excesses?

Congratulations Vicki! :victory:

I'm with @Gorba on the body frame size, I always assumed I had a large frame until approx 10 years ago when I got slim for the first time in my life and discovered that I had a medium average frame! I was TINY! lol (I'll get there again!) You will know when you are at the correct size when you get there and get there you will! :)

On one of my fast days today, and reading your post, as lifted me up, absolutely marvelous, looking forward to 12 months from now & with plenty of will power, until it becomes my way of life, I hope just to be overweight & not morbidly obese.
