This week my numbers were all over the place:
Weight: gained 1.5lbs
Waist: same as last week
Body fat: went down 0.4%
I also measure my neck, boobs, hips, thighs and arms and everything seems the same.
So, I am delighted that my body fat went down (although I really don't know how reliable is the body fat measuring machine is), disappointed with the weight gain and leaning towards disappointment with my body measurements (I was hoping for some loss there).
The thing is last week's fasts were really tough, especially Friday, I was so lethargic it was unbelievable. But I am motivated and hoping that this week will be easier.
