o_O This can't be right......

I've been doing this for 4 weeks..............worrying about eating too much on feed days, concerned that no two TDEE's are ever the same, being hungry on fast days....but I'm delighted to say - I've lost weight!!!

As someone who has suffered with an ED since the age of 14, has tried Weight Watchers (and gained weight), tried living on 1200 cals (with no loss) and tried being 'good', I am delighted that thus far, I've eaten pretty much what I wanted, had 3 meals out for celebrations, and have generally stopped weighing myself every day!

I am hoping to see the health benefits too - my asthma has been terrible, and my skin has been dry and flakey too!

Thank you, 5:2 forum people for proving such a great site, with lots of lovely people!!

Now...if I can only wait til my dinner tonight....*stomach rumbles*
Well done this WOL is truly amazing I'm also eating more than I was before but different foods and more healthier choices, whatever your weight loss was Congratulations :clover: Sue
Congrats! That's fantastic news! :-)
Thank you! :-)

Now.....if I can only lose the last few pounds, and then maintain! That's the true measure! Xx
