Oh no!!
14 Feb 2014, 09:58
A patient today ( I'm a gp) asked me when I was due, and a few weeks ago an elderly lady with dementia starting rubbing my tummy.
Had to explain on both occasions that I was just fat rather than pregnant...

I'm guessing a lot of us might have been in the same position at sometime? I have a policy of NEVER asking a lady if she's pregnant unless she is clearly about to give birth!

Anyway, I've just finished week 1 of this WOE and found it very lifestyle friendly, and surprisingly easy, so I won't be getting those sort of comments for much longer

Oh dear, and you don't even have a very high BMI! Did you offer an optician appointment?
Nice to see a GP getting on board, would be interested in getting your professional opinion on a few issues on here if you are interested in joining in the debates on statins etc.

Anyway, hopefully you will be on the right side of the scales very soon!

Just stay away from that fabulous Lakehouse restaurant, scenes of a very messy night out for me!!

 @Wildberry What a shock for you, never mind you'll soon kick you weight into touch this year because as you say this WOL is so sustainable especially for someone like me with such a lot of weight to lose but 50lbs gone forever and now a small matter of the other 50lbs to shift this year however for the first time in my very long life I now know I will reach my goal and amazingly quite an easy and enjoyable journey.
