one stone in 4 weeks
09 Sep 2013, 18:13
Weighed in today, and I have now lost a stone since I started 5:2 four weeks ago.

I am still only 1/4 of the way to my initial target, and I know that the weight loss will slow down drastically as I get further down the road, but today I am feeling very pleased with myself.

It's my fast day today, so I won't be celebrating, but I might treat myself to a cheeky beer tomorrow night.

Thanks to all of the posters on here for the advice and inspiration. I don't post much (virtually not at all) but I have found reading all of the posts on here very useful and encouraging.

Brilliant! Well done! I'm hoping I reach the same milestone when I weigh in later this week, but we'll see. There was a lot of wine involved this weekend!
Good luck on the rest of your journey (mine's a long one too)
