Today is my second fast day. I plan to try M-W-F fasts going forward, but this first week is a bit screwy.
I have lost 90 lbs with traditional plans, starting from a high of 293 lbs and a size UK ~26. Now I'm down to between UK 16-20 depending on the clothes (I think UK is one size bigger than US, right?).
I can see the difference most in my face.
