Scoffed a whole bag of dry roasted last night.
Whoops.
When I got up this morning it was up 2/3 lb (I wasn't fasting yesterday but then again I was being pretty careful.....apart from the peanuts during the night).
So, is it possible to gain that much fat in a couple of hours or is this "water retention" from the salt I ve heared about. If so ,how does this work?
Been out shopping today and (horror of horrors) went at two mini marathons (snickers to anyone under 40 YOA). I dread to think that's done, I'm not looking.
