Gee, thanks everyone! It was so hard to just put that atavar up in the first place, I'm not sure I can do it again! And, yes, I lost all this weight on 5:2 and it has been a very slow journey with long plateaux.

Yes looking good! And echoing Bracken's comment - you look like someone wearing one of those costumes for kids - a disney character or something - it's the slim neck poking though the top of your bulky fleece that does it!

Take yourself down to your local equivalent of m and s (or an op shop?) and surprise yourself! Look forward to seeing another pic of the results!
