Pleasantly surprised
10 Feb 2014, 05:55
Last week wasn't the best for fasting, had houseguests and work visitors so it was lunches and dinners. Also a birthday celebration that filled the house with cakes and sweets and all things yum. I just tried to limit portions and eat selectively.

So I was thinking, maintain or slight gain at weigh in this morning, wow 1 kilo down and another cm off the waist.

I haven't really understood the eating / loss relationship but who cares 4.5kg since 6 Jan has me feeling :victory:

Thanks in no small part to the great people on this forum. :like:

Well done! It can be a lovely surprise. Good on you for enjoying and still being mindful. 'Tis a way of life- not a diet! :)
