Delighted or Disappointed?

plodding but enjoying

Well its 5 1/2 months now since I started 5.2 ans so far have lost about 9lbs.....slow, very slow BUT I feel so much better.....its my way forever now.......(now Im over the very very slow start nothing in 16 fasts!!).....I actually look forward to my Tuesday fast and it gives me a sense of power over myself when I stick to it haha......WOE forever......I hope...

Well done on sticking with a very difficult situation @holidays forever the very slow weightloss can be a nightmare but its paid back in the end plus also giving you all the health benefits that this WOL gives us and yes becoming just that forever. :heart: Sue

A slow weight loss is perfectly fine I believe. Everybody is different. all the best on your journey to that right number on the scales.
