Ahhhhhhhhhh
Weight is going up, 1kg in last 2 weeks with fat up by 4%. But waist is down 1 cm. I switched from 5:2 which I was really struggling with (2 small kids to feed and chase after all day) to 16:8 which I find really easy, but it aint working - no wonder it was so easy!!!!
I eat evening meal with kids at 6pm, then don't eat again until lunch 12.30/1 next day - so a bit more like 17:7. I do have 1 or 2 cups of tea in the morning with milk and sugar, but if I don't I feel very queezy all morning!
I lost a good bit on my first 16:8 week. Then 2 weeks ago I had my daughters bday party and cake and fairycakes around the house for days - I nibbled a lot. I also had my period last week which is never great for losing.
I'm going to knuckle down for next 2 weeks and see if I can loose again on the 16:8 cos it suits my lifestyle so much better then 5:2.
Goals - more water, less sugar and refined carb rubbish & only 1 cup of tea in morning.
