I have been really good the last few weeks and yet I keep gaining weight! After last weeks gain, I thought (hoping!) it may have been water retention as I had been doing quite a bit of exercise. So last/this week I just did what I normally do and cut back a bit on non-fast days and another half a pound on this morning! Very disheartening
Had recently had a small plateau then had two weeks of a 2lb loss each so was overjoyed my weightloss had kickstarted again. Shame it didnt last long!!
