Results from week 2
07 Aug 2013, 03:48
With a 2.5kg loss week one, I was not disappointed to weigh in week 2 with another .5kg loss. I'd wondered if there would be a loss at all, as the first week was a really major change in how my body felt and how my clothes felt on me. Not so much of this in week 2, but a .5kg loss feels about right and I don't want my expectations each week to be too high!

I am looking forward to feeling more "settled-in" to fast days. I do find them tough and I'm hoping that I will adjust to them as time moves on. Really find this woe so liberating and managable.

Gaining so much inspiration from all your posts.

Cheers! :like: Otter
