Results: week 1

Hi all, I'm very happy to be saying, I've lost just over 2.5lbs after just week one. :victory: :victory: :victory: Very pleased with this. I have not over or under eaten on non-fast days and yesterday I had a few things I would normally avoid when trying to lose weight. I fully expect the rate of weight loss to slow down but will be sticking at this. Hope everyone else is feeling as positive as I am about 5:2.
Happy fasting
