Second week weigh in
24 Mar 2014, 18:01
2 week weigh in this morning and had lost 4 pounds. That's 9 lbs in two weeks! My wife joined in after my first weeks success and had lost 3 pounds in her first week. Both very excited about this new way of eating.

Hardest thing for me is waking up starving in the middle of the night on fasting days. Can't go back to sleep because I am thinking about what I want for breakfast.

Well done both of you! Great results!
I sometimes have a prob getting to sleep on a fast day,but wake next morning no longer hungry! Where does it vanish to?
I know the night after a fast is tricky for a lot of us..you might find saving some calories on a fast day for a small milky drink at bedtime may help x

Hi Mr @JWalk54
Welcome to you and your significant other well done to you both on the weight lost so far that's a brilliant start and will provide you both with motivation to carry you onwards with your 5:2 journey as for waking in the night hungry I'm totally the opposite I actually get up not wanting breakfast so I now skip it most days, good luck to you both.

Good for you! It does get easier as you progress and there is nothing like the downward trend on the scale to keep you going.
